PouraTeb Pharmaceutical Group started operation in 2000, aimed at improving household health and supplying quality products by importing sports and dietary supplements, human drug, medical and dental equipment from top European and American firms. Since health of a society depends on health of each and every individual, which in turn is affected by numerous factors, including clean air, stress-free life, provision of nutrients needed by body and …., the company has initiated its manufacturing phase. 

Development and Innovation
In the context of further development of innovative products, the company started its new production line by establishment of PouraTab Gostar Pharmaceutical Plant in the field of food supplements with the collaboration of popular international brands and transferring know-how and technology in accordance with GMP principles and the world standards.

One of the largest partner companies, Vita Pharmed, based in Lugano- Switzerland, is supplier of food supplements with full basket of types of multivitamins and minerals for all age and gender groups of population. VitallyTone, Viva Tune, Vita Fizz and VITA FIZZ PLUS effervescent tablets, and supplements specific to kids (Viva Kids drops and syrup) and Viva Power sports supplements are among products of this company. Also, the latest basket of such products, probiotics, are supplied for all age groups, and specifically for children, women and seniors under Viva Tune and Viva Kids brands. 

Arnet Pharmaceutical Corp. – US is active in manufacturing dietary supplements (types of vitamins, minerals, cartilage supplements and …). PouraTeb Pharmaceutical Co. produces Health Burst in PouraDarou Iranian Factories, licensed by the above corporation. All products under the mentioned brand name produced and supplied for adults in various age groups in compliance with the GMP guidelines.  

Quality Assurance
Quality assurance is a set of organized procedures to ensure compliance of pharmaceutical products with the predefined specifications. Such procedures include the required actions and responsibilities to make sure of efficacy and acceptability of pharmaceutical quality. By establishing an integrated quality assurance system, PouraTeb Pharmaceutical Group has made compliance with the latest pharmaceutical and GMP standards high on its agenda in order to improve customer satisfaction. 

Latest Know-how in Pharmaceutical Industry
In PouraTab Pharmaceutical Company types of pharmaceutical products and supplements are designed and produced; also, production is carried out in accordance with GMP / PICs requirements in form of solid, liquid and probiotic products (as chewing gum, capsules and sachets).

Raw Materials and Packaging
PouraTeb Company uses the raw materials and packaging system with the highest quality standards that are supplied by the largest companies (including Swiss, American and German companies), which is one of the key strategies of PouraTeb Group to review and monitor qualification of all suppliers on a continuous and technical basis. 

Formulation
The R&D department of PouraTeb Group takes advantage of top experts, international scientific resources and advanced equipment. R&D department is responsible for design and formulation of drugs and supplements, optimization of production process to maximize product quality; thus, providing production unit with a new basket of pharmaceutical products for mass production each year. PouraTeb Group’s formulation of pharmaceutical supplements is performed on paraben- free and lactose- free basis. 

Production Spaces, Equipment, Facilities and Labs
PouraTeb Pharmaceutical Group, taking advantage of up-to-date systems from developed European and Asian countries with high capacities, in full compliance with GMP principles, produces gelatin capsules (hard and soft), granules (granules by DC and granulation methods). And coated tablets. Production spaces are allocated for solid / liquid products, equipped with pressing, capsule filling, coating and packaging equipment. The design and engineering of such spaces are accomplished based on Cleanroom Certification, GMP guidelines and ISO 14644 standards.

Massive efficient systems including power plant, pharmaceutical water treatment system, energy distribution network, air and oxygen compressors, etc. are operating incessantly. Production sites use various equipment and facilities, such as hydrological response unit, drug manufacturing unit, encapsulation equipment, tumble drier automatic lines, polishing, packing, quarantine spaces and material/product warehouse, controlled in terms of preset temperature, humidity and pressure with air conditioning systems having high quality filters. PouraTab Pharmaceutical Group is equipped with specialized laboratories including physicochemical, microbial control, instrumentation and process control labs.

Continuous Improvement: Quality/ ESH 
Continuous improvement strategy based on risk analysis protocols and assessment of potential impacts of changes and application of process control statistical methods, trend analysis, product quality review and taking remedial and preventive measures according to Gantt charts, designed to improve the quality of all pharmaceutical products and supplements, and to ensure customer satisfaction is the Group’s key concern on a continuous and daily basis. Every critical process with a potential risk of deviation or volatility in product quality is systematically monitored and modified.

Human Resource Training
Training is a major issue for PouraTeb Grup to implement quality production process. To this end, the company conducts quality and quantity, GMP, GDP and GSP courses as induction and on-the-job training programs
